| Rate 3 | Night / Saturday night / Friday night | — |
| Rate 2 | Any other hour | Evening, Friday afternoon, Saturday (remaining time) |

| Vehicle Category | Included Suitcases | Maximum Capacity | Small-Suitcase Surcharge (₪) | Large-Suitcase Surcharge (₪) |
- The customer is responsible for stating the exact number of suitcases when ordering. Failure to state this accurately is the customer's sole responsibility and may prevent the ride from being carried out and/or result in an additional charge.
- Should additional suitcases not fit in the vehicle, the Company reserves the right to refuse to carry them and to apply an additional charge for arranging alternative transport.
5. Waiting Times and Waiting Charges
- The order includes 4 minutes of waiting time at the standard pickup point.
- For pickups from an airport — the waiting time included in the order starts from the actual landing time:
- Domestic flight: 30 minutes of waiting time.
- International flight: 45 minutes of waiting time.
- Waiting time beyond what is included in the order is calculated based on the hourly rate specified for each vehicle category and each time rate (1/2/3) — see the "Waiting R1/R2/R3" columns in the table in Section 9.
Payment for waiting time exceeding what is included in the order will be paid according to the payment method set for the order.
6. Airport Pick-Up and Drop-Off Services
6.1 – Flight Monitoring and Driver Arrival
- The Company monitors flights via the Israel Airports Authority website and/or other official information sources. The driver will arrive at the arrivals terminal according to the actual landing time — whether or not updated in advance by the customer.
- The driver will wait at the agreed pickup point for the period specified in Section 5, according to the flight type.
- The customer undertakes to provide the Company with the flight details (flight number, scheduled landing time, arrival terminal) at the time of ordering.
6.2 – Cancellation After Driver Arrival at the Airport
If the driver has arrived at the airport and pickup was not carried out for a reason not under the Company's control — including cancellation by the customer after the driver's arrival, no-show, or traveling with another provider — the customer will be charged the full price of the order, with no right to a refund.
6.3 – Delay or Cancellation of a Domestic Flight (Israel)
- In the event of a delay or postponement of an Israeli domestic flight of more than 60 minutes from the original landing time, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund.
- A customer wishing to keep the order despite the delay must contact the Company with an explicit notice before the automatic cancellation. Changing the pickup time is subject to availability and the Company's approval.
- The provisions of this section apply to Israeli domestic flights only; for international flights, Section 6.1 applies.
6.4 – General Provisions for Airport Rides
- The customer is required to provide a valid flight number; the Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect flight details.
- The intended arrival terminal and the name of the main passenger must be stated in the order.
- Any change to the flight time after the order has been placed must be updated immediately; failure to update will result in a charge under Section 6.2.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees (if any) are calculated based on the status of the order at the actual moment of cancellation (not the status at the time the original order was placed), and according to the vehicle category ordered.
🔴 Immediate Order
- As long as no driver has been assigned — cancellation with no charge.
- After a driver has been assigned — the customer will be charged the higher of: (a) the minimum amount set for the vehicle category, or (b) the actual distance driven by the driver from the point where the order was accepted to the driver's current location at the time of cancellation, multiplied by the category's distance rate — plus any surcharge already paid (airport / border crossings).
🟡 Intermediate Order
- Cancellation more than — hours before the pickup time (according to the vehicle category) — no charge.
- Cancellation within this window, before a driver has been assigned — the minimum cancellation fee specified for the vehicle category will be charged (see Section 9).
- Cancellation after a driver has been assigned — the minimum cancellation fee, plus the distance (in km) from the driver's base to the pickup address multiplied by the category's distance rate, plus any surcharge already paid.
🟢 Future Order
- Cancelling a future order — no charge whatsoever, at any stage up to the pickup time.
"Distance rate" and "minimum cancellation fee" are values specific to each vehicle category — see the full table in Section 9.
8. Route Deviation
- A route deviation of more than 5 km resulting from road closures (accidents, police checkpoints, flooding, etc.) may result in an additional charge based on the excess mileage, according to the pickup-km rate specified for each vehicle category:
| Vehicle Category | Surcharge per km of Route Deviation |
9. Rates and Prices by Vehicle Category
The following table reflects the current pricing settings for the vehicle categories currently active in the system.
